The lobby area is transformed into a communal space, encouraging residents’ engagement. This space seamlessly connects to a secure enclosed children’s playground. The swimming pool and fitness facilities are revamped to achieve a modern, open, and visually soothing atmosphere, while prioritizing improved ventilation.

The standout feature of this project is the rooftop space. Originally designated for utility functions, it has been ingeniously repurposed into a shared rooftop garden for the residents. Now, it offers a serene place to unwind, catch the evening breeze, and admire the scenic vista of Benjakiti Park. This rooftop area is versatile, serving as a spot for stargazing and basking in the refreshing air of the surrounding tall buildings during the night.
